Photography
Photography is like golf, you just get out there and have a go, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and who knows what's really going on, but the thing with photography you get instant gratification, take a good shot and you feel good, and you've created something. It's a good excuse to get outside or go someplace new and explore it with a camera. I can really recommend photography, its therapeutic and a good way to build up a thirst.
